Hays, Mirfield is the perfect example of customer care.
I went in to let them know that my family and I had a wonderful holiday.
I then enquired about booking something else. All the staff helped in giving me advice on the destination and I left with a booked holiday.
Special thanks to Clara who was very patient and thorough, she deserves to be named as employee of the month!
