As in all good travel agents the staff make the difference the staff at hays in milngavie are all first class and go out there way to be helpfull so hopefully you have a good holiday totally recommend hays in milngavie book your holiday here

Yvonne in Milngavie preformed in her usual excellent way - got us everything we wanted - even e-mailed the hotel which we have used before and know the owners and asked them if we could have the room we had the last time we visited, on account of my wife's health problems. Two hours later I received an e-mail from the hotel confirming our request - all thanks to Yvonne !!!!!!

Service with a Smile
We have booked holidays with Hays 2 years in a row. Have found them to be thorough and professional. Pleasant staff to deal with. The fact that they're independent helps. They look at all travel groups. Would use them again.
