Jasmine, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area we wanted to visit. She had visited the same place earlier in the year and shared her enjoyment of it. As well as sorting out our holiday she was very helpful and understanding with our lack of tech skills. An excellent staff member for Hays Travel.

Christmas cruise to the Canaries.
Christmas cruise to the Canaries and Spain.
My wife and I like to cruise over the Christmas holiday and we found a cruise from Liverpool with Fred Olsen. We have booked previous cruises with Hays travel at the Hill Street Centre, it was an obvious choice for some advice and to a make a booking. The whole process was completed over the phone and it only took a few minutes. We have been on this cruise ship on a previous cruise, this made it easy when we wanted to select our cabin and dining preferences. Thank you to the staff at Hays Travel for their help and advice. We’ll continue to use them when planning a holiday.
