Fantastic customer service.
Michele was fantastic, nothing too much trouble. She booked our holiday at 10pm on Sunday evening incase it had gone by the next day. That is brilliant customer service.

Another easy booking
The original hotel we wanted to go to was priced up by Michele, but just before I booked, I realised that the All inclusive package had restrictions. I looked for alternatives but couldn't find one that I fancied.
I then informed Michele that I wanted to change venue and country and got a revised costing for the full package that day. Holiday now booked.
