Ellie is an asset to the company. We had a lot of restrictions but she systematically worked through them for several weeks to find a holiday that met our requirements. She even came in on her day off. Hays travel should recognise her person centred approach. She is outstanding and I will continue to book all future holidays with her at Hays

Morgan was great, sorted my cruise very quickly & at a good price. She answered all queries, getting
