As usual we received a 5 star service from Sue Moxon. We had called in to book a cruise for 2028. Sue made sure we chose a cabin suitable for our needs and went through several options with us. As it was just 3 weeks until our cruise to Iceland Sue very kindly printed out our boarding passes and luggage labels after filling in the check in form for us. It is always a pleasure to visit Hay’s at Meadowhall. The staff are always helpful and polite making whenever we visit a lovely experience.

Hays staff, listen to what you want, they advise and give alternatives where necessary, but only to provide the customer with the best option available to meet the needs

Ruth couldn't do enough for us, she was engaging and lovely. One stop shop even price matched on car parking, everything booked including special assistance, printed and ready to go. Completely hassle free.

This is our 5th cruise we have booked with hays every time we go into the Meadowhall branch we recieve fantastic service ,every single member of staff there are helpful and always ready to help us find the best deal . It’s a lovely atmosphere at the Meadowhall branch and we thank Carl for all his help yesterday , now we have 2027 and 2028 cruises booked ! Thank you x

Kareen made the experience great, she spent time, understood our needs and searched for the best solution, when we changed the goal post she reacted quickly and gave us a a great result. The only reason I have given this 4 stars instead of 5, Is called up the to ask to arrange some changes, I was told we would get an email with alternatives (not sure who I spoke to) but nothing came. I chased and Kareen responded well. My message seems to have been lost.

I was with a trainee ocean she didn’t seem to be able to answer a few questions I had but a women then a man step into help her hotel orangally wanted kept timing out then was a issue ended up booking diff one with your but tui hotel I wasn’t informed but we did t get seats together with this one as other one you did so took 3 hours to book my email was wrote down wrong changed when I rang to say not got email confirmation then I asked if we was sat to together as my child as adhd and autism told me come back and they sort it from a Privé pp next time I’m in went back today took another few hours but finally sorted I’m not good with technology my phone can be iffy and I don’t like Ryanair system at all

We attended the Newmarket presentation run in conjunction with Hays on Tuesday with the intention of just looking to see what was on offer and ended up booking 2 holidays with Sue & Sean! Can’t resist a good offer and some fizz & canapés. Excellent service from the lovely staff at Hays Meadowhall as usual.
