A face to face booking recommended
We decided to book at the shop, in preference to booking on line and are so pleased that we did. The assistant who took our booking (Pauline) was really helpful and patient. She listened carefully to our requests and even suggested things that we hadn't thought of. We were extremely satisfied as we left the shop and are now hoping everything goes to plan.

I was nervous about travelling without…
I was nervous about travelling without a smartphone/apps, but Hayes made it all so simple and effective, I will certainly book with them again. I had a query while away and my email was replied to very quickly. Top marks to Hayes in Marple and Pauline in particular.
