He was very knowledgable, provided excellent advice and found us the best deal on an amazing, luxury holiday to Jamaica. Markus explained everything in comprehensive detail and made it such a smooth process from start to finish. Markus sorted everything for us within a matter of minutes, he was very friendly and just as excited as we were when we booked the holiday. He has provided all the detail we need and put us at complete ease throughout the whole booking process. My second booking with Markus and it took some perseverance and patience on his part to fulfill all of my awkward requests but he went above and beyond to make sure that my 40th birthday trip is exactly as we wanted (all 14 of us!) and at a fantastic price too.
