Joanne was very friendly and efficient and managed to sort out the holiday we wanted with all our requirements.

We went to thd city centre shop in Nottingham as our local Mapperley branch is close for refurbishment. We were lucky enough to be served by a lovely young man from our local branch but unfortunately we didn't get his name. He spent ages with us as we were booking a last minute holiday for next month. Boarding passes printed out for and we're good to go. He was wonderful.

George was very professional and welcoming. He sorted everything out for us.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. All staffs are pleasant, professional and helpful. I have always been very happy with the service I received from the staff at Hays Travel Mapperley. I cannot praise them enough, every one of them. I will not go anywhere else. Barbara is the first person I contact when I'm thinking of a holiday. I completely trust her to take care of all the details and she has been an absolute pleasure. She goes above and beyond to help me have a beautiful trip. The lady, Joanne who dealt with our enquiry was patient and very thorough. We asked alot of questions and she answered everything we needed to know. Our holiday was booked and we are happy and waiting to go in December.
