Very helpful assistant who went over and above to help me.

I can’t begin to thank Anna Hannah for everything she has done to arrange our family holiday to Menorca. Nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to try and help us tick all the boxes. Anna is one in a million and an asset to Hays Travel. Thank you Anna, you deserve the 5 stars.

She explained everything in a polite and professional manner, even recognising us after just popping in a couple of days before to discuss our dream holiday. MJ advised us in our 1st cruise once we’d told her our needs and seeked advice on the things she wasn’t too sure of.
When we had issues with the booking process Hays travel sorted us out immediately without any fuss.

Every time we go into Hays at Mansfield, the experience is really positive. We booked another holiday on Saturday and Katie spent the time to make sure the hotel was the right choice for us, including where it is situated, the public bus service running from near to the hotel, the beach, and things to do around the immediate area
