Made welcome as soon as we entered the shop. Michelle was really helpful going through the cruise lines that were appropriate, and finding the answers to our numerous questions. The booking process was painless and well explained, together with dates and amounts of monies due. A really enjoyable experience, made all the more so by your personable staff. Michelle was a star.

Our experience was made 100% easier after we met Bethany, she was so calm and collected with all the booking process and all of our constant questions.
This is our first cruise so we didn’t know what to expect but Bethany made everything so clear.

Brilliant booking experience.
We have booked for a largish group, with a large age range (81 to six months) and lots of different needs, Michelle was brilliant from start to finish, she was very patient, professional and friendly. She found what we hope is our perfect holiday. As my sister said, it’s been a long time since we booked through a travel agent but Michelle made the process so much easier, we would never have found our holiday on our own. As a family we will be returning to book further holidays.
