Short Notice Booking - Family Emergency
I needed a booking at short notice and, having used Hays Travel previously, turned to them for advice and help.
I was not disappointed as the Team rose to the occasion. I walked in at 1.30pm and an hour later, after much advice, discussion and help, I had return tickets booked, money sorted and a smile on my face.
The Hays Travel team are professional, knowledgeable and very patient! Excellent Customer Service.

The team at Maidenhead are very customer centric. They ensure that the holiday you choose is explained and all the details are discussed in detail. They have a very pleasant and friendly approach to helping you with the chosen holiday and will advise you on any other requirements such as medical issues/ checks required before the holiday.
