Online quote price match
The service I got from Rachel was very good in that she was enthusiastic and very pleasant. I had already done research online so pretty much knew what I wanted and how much it should cost. The first price I was quoted by Hays was a lot higher than my online quote with Jet2, but when I challenged this the price was immediately reduced to match the lower price. On the plus side Rachel did arrange confirmation with the hotel that we had booked ground floor accommodation due to mobility difficulties.

Staff Professionalism
As we have never booked a cruise before, our friend, Sarah Jones helped us with advice and was able to answer many of our questions. Once we were happy to continue with our booking, she passed us to her colleague, Rachel, who was also very professional and gave further advice and guidance. We felt very at ease with both their approach and handling of our booking.

My partner and I love to book with you…
My partner and I love to book our traveling at Hayes Travel- Maghull as we are always welcomed by the staff. We Usually deal with Michael as he really tries to get us the best deal. But this time he was not in the office and Rachael welcomed us with a smile and did her best to get us a decent deal. After several attempts to get us the best deal to suit us she got us a perfect deal with Jet 2 Holidays and she really worked hard to please us.
