I first called in to your Great Yarmouth branch and saw a trainee. I travel a lot and had researched what I wanted to do but just wanted advice on a couple of things and assistance getting the best flights, price etc. Sadly your trainee had no idea how to help me. I kindly suggested we got a second opinion from another member of staff and said I didn't mind waiting as they were all busy, but this didn't happen so I left disappointed and frustrated. I am not blaming the trainee as we all need to start somewhere, but I don't think she should have been unsupported. I would give this branch no stars.

I then went to your Lowestoft branch - further for me to go, but I really wanted to get my holiday booked. Here I saw Michelle who was brilliant, hence the five stars. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I left with my holiday booked and every intention of returning to book with Michelle again in the future.

Claire was very very helpful, in sorting out our boarding passes and our luggage label's. She was also helpful in sorting out our next holiday.

Paula was very friendly and helpful throughout and her colleague also popped over to give us some extra tips on Disneyland to help make our booking all the more special. We would always recommend Hays and will most probably book with them again as we have done before.

As usual the staff at Hays travel Lowestoft always welcomes us with a smile, and feel more like friends, Michelle the manager always gets us the best deal if she can, knows what we like and is also very knowledgeble as are the rest of her team

Went into Hays Lowestoft with a vague idea of where we wanted to go for a 4 night break..After a very pleasant hour or so we agreed on a destination that was good for the time of the year we wanted and a great price. Lauren, as all the staff was so helpful and patient..

Rachel really went the extra mile to help us choose a holiday, my husband hasn’t had a holiday abroad for many years and was quite apprehensive about the booking procedure and choosing a suitable holiday as he has limitations, Rachel made it very easy for us.

Jack was lovely he listened to what I wanted and understood what I needed. He made the whole process so easy. He even did all the information about my wheelchair, I had to do that myself last time. I could not praise him enough. I would definitely recommend him.

Every holiday we book the wonderful staff at Hays Travel Lowestoft book it for us. We wouldn't book our holidays any other way. The staff take care of everything from start to finish. The staff at Hays Travel Lowestoft are the best.

Paula couldn’t help enough , trying to find a flight to a very obscure destination in the USA , lots of calls and sitting on hold and eventually we managed to get a good deal and flight to our destination
