Excellent service
Gemma was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when booking our trip to Orlando. She put us at ease and reassured us that Hays would sort out all the details for park tickets and extras, and we got a great deal too with discounts and meal plan. Staff extremely helpful took time to listen to what we wanted from our holiday. Wasnt pushy to get us to book we came home to have another look decided it was what we wanted so went back the next day and hooked our holiday. Chatted to us about holidays we may like in the future and gave us the information we asked for. Great service
