Your representative Yana was amazing she listened to us and helped us book a perfect cruise and stay she took the time to look for best deal and to check everything and explained everything step by step. She was so friendly and helpful will be using her again

We had a fabulous experience, Yana the travel agent was most delightful she helped us to sort our holiday out. As we are travelling with family and all have there own ideas, she was very patient. WONDERFUL !!

It’s people who make the difference
Dawn Bellis who looked after us was wonderful. The whole shop has a wonderful atmosphere of cheerfulness and efficiency. First port of call for travel needs in future.

Exceptional service from Dawn
Whilst everyone we deal with at the Hayes Leigh store is brilliant, we have to single out the manager Dawn.
Dawn has been so helpful, patient and understanding with what we were looking for (and in the past) with a couple of recent bookings. She’s just been an absolute star and a credit to the company.
