Perfect from start to finish on day off booking our holiday went in on Saturday flew on Monday everything was done in the shop to make our holiday a smooth and pleasent experience

Everything explained and Hannah even offered to do passport information upload and print boarding passes etc 28 days before for us which is helpful

THe staff, Dawn was polite, courteous, helpful and patient, nothing was too much for her. We were guided through the booking dealing with questions we that we would not have thought of.
It was a wonderful experience it was a pleasure not a chore and we will definitely use Hay's again. The service was outstanding.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes as the girls were with someone. The girl who was behind to exchange came out to ask if we would like a drink while we waited as 1 staff was on lunch. We knew which hotel we wanted and roughly when we wanted to go. The young girl who saw to us was great. She got us good flight times and the best date. Highly recommend Hays Travel

As always with Hays Travel a very satisfying experience. Yana was very friendly and helpful even though the shop was busy at the time and booked a holiday for us.

Was really nervous as have only been abroad a few times, spoke to Ellie in the Leigh branch, told her what me and my daughter were looking for. She spent ages showing us different options, and explaining things, answered my ridiculous questions and we booked a holiday. Feel quite confident and hopefully if all goes well, we'll be back to book again
