Really helpful and friendly staff. Anabella (from the Wakefield office) was helping out at Leeds Merrion when I rang for help, and she took ownership of my booking. Rang me back when she said she would, very efficient with the booking and has helped us get triple rooms for our tour. Annabella definitely went above and beyond and I will definitely use Hays for any future holidays. Thank you.

The staff member dealing with our enquiry was very helpful and patient.

Gemma was v. Helpful and efficient, and calm under pressure, though LP It was a bit too warm in there for my liking and the ceiling fan was noisy.
