Emma was extremely helpful, and kept us informed all the way through the booking process, she was patient , focused and friendly.

Rachel takes the time to hear what you want from a holiday, requirements and wishes. She is patient and helps in any way she can. At all times being polite and professional as well as friendly and efficient. Highly recommend the crossgates store, Rachel is fantastic. The rest of the staff are also brilliant.

The lady was really helpful

I was a bit worried as I was booking a cruise for the first time but the experience was absolutely brilliant. The member of staff was really good with us, she sort all aspects of the booking and told us she would be in touch with any changes. She also did our transfers and insurance. Also telling us they offer a good deal on foreign currency.

Hays Travel in Crossgates LS15, the staff there are one special group of individuals we have booked multiple trips from this branch and to a person each and every one of these agents are welcoming helpful and very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to walk in this welcoming branch.

Jo had just got back from her own Holliday when I first made my enquiry , despite this she did everything , she could to secure me the Holliday I required . Even when I changed some of my requirements ( fairly substantial changes an additional person,different rooms and an additional day ) at the end of the initial request Jo came up with the solution to make sure my requirements were met.

This is the first time I’d been in a travel agent for a long time, usually booking myself, didn’t realise what I was missing out on, Holly the young girl who served us was lovely as well as being professional, she took her time to listen to what we wanted and secured us a great deal to Cyprus. Charlotte at the Crossgates Leeds branch was professional friendly and very helpful. Charlotte covered everything we needed and rang me within an hour of leaving (had to wait until exactly 4weeks to the minute to check in😂) to tell us we were all checked in.Yes I could have booked this online myself however we have used Hays for many years, they were fantastic when we had to cancel in 2020 due to Covid and there personal service is invaluable Thanks again Charlotte
