I was in Hays Leeds making an enquiry for travel options to San Francisco and central Oregon and was very impressed with your rep Ryan quickly understandind what I wanted especially a stopover.
I pondered my options and went with Ryans best suitable for my needs and went back to confirm the booking with Lynn, Ryan had another customer so made my payment with Lynn who was very helpful even dealing with a problem on the route I chose, I'm happy with the price which covers 4 flights in total and quite surprised at how (to me) reasonable it was and less than I expected, so well done to your Briggate branch and I will be using your services again.
To sum up I knew what I wanted and your people put it all together nicely.

Booked another holiday again with Hays Leeds. My daughter and me went to Hays for our second recent visit this week. We had the pleasure of Lynn's expertise in finding a family holiday for 6. After Lynn being so helpful with organising a girls trip for 2026 we decided we would go see Lynn again because she is just brilliant!

We always use Hays Travel and they never disappoint. This USA multi-destination holiday is a bucket list trip for us and friends and so we had many specific needs and requests. We had no idea where in the world we wanted to go when we entered Hays travel agency.
Lynn, who turned out to be an expert, was soon on the job. She asked us about our expectations and soon found holidays for us to view. She spent quite a lot of time and was endlessly patient. We exited the shop with a holiday booked which met all of our needs.
