Hays are fast, staff are polite and friendly, professional, find the best flights, don't make mistakes, are helpful and overall after one experience I decided I would never use another agent now. The agent fully understood my request and addressed it without any issues. Rebecca was friendly, very experienced, asked the right questions and I had my booking in no time. Lady who dealt with the my holiday was very efficient along with the other two ladies in branch who were also very helpful.

First time booking a holiday, I was very nervous. Rebecca at the Leeds briggate branch was very helpful, polite and patient.
She answered every question I had. Really put me at ease and we had a bit of a laugh. She let me have a bit of time to think about whether I was wanting to book the holiday, which she didn't have to do. In the end I decided to put a deposit on the holiday and Rebecca took me through all extra details that needed to be done. All in all I had a great experience and would gladly book another holiday through Hays travel.

She suits all my requirements I was happy with the results. Visiting places I have always wanted to travel to. She was friendly and helpful.

This place is a gem. Apartments are lovely and clean the beach is in the hotel and swimming pool aswell.
Overall it’s an amazing place. You have to pay extra for the AC.

I saw Lynn at your Leeds Briggate branch. She was great, very friendly and professional. I told her what i wanted and she sorted it all for me. Gave me a few tips too as she had been to the place I am travelling to. Excellent service and I will definitely use Hays Travel again
