Booked a holiday for my father in law with Klaire, didn’t give her much notice at all but nothing was a problem, customer service is 10/10. Stress free, hassle free she does it all.

Klaire was excellent, gave me options and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. A very last minute holiday but Klaire managed to meet our requirements. I usually just book online, however I would not hesitate to book through Hays again as it was a great experience. Made things so simple for us. Thank you

Another great holiday experience booking with Klaire. I was very indecisive about what I wanted to book this year, we looked at many options in Europe, Turkey and even Cruises. I am so happy we picked Turkey and can’t wait for our family holiday next year. Thank you Klaire.

Klaire was lovely and so helpful
Klaire was so helpful finding our family holiday, made it so easy and stress free! Found holidays that were within our budget and even managed to get it cheaper than other agents. Would definitely recommend Klaire to family and friends, and will be booking again through Klaire for future holidays.

Wouldn't book with anyone else
We’ve booked our last four holidays through Klaire and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. She always finds the perfect hotels for us and makes the whole process so easy. Nothing is ever a hassle, and she’s an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Holiday booking.
Klaire was very informative of the holidays she offered to us and wouldn't let us book one until she confirmed opening dates for waterparks. Which turned out to be the right thing as they wouldn't be open when we arrive so found us an alternative very quickly. She was responsive and organised from start to finish. Would highly recommend her. Booking with Klaire saved us nearly £1700 as well, the same holiday on Jet2s website was nearly £1700 more expensive than the deal Klaire got us.
