Kirsty couldn't of been more informative, helpful and supportive of my billion questions and needs.
Thankyou I will def use you again, this is going to be a trip of a lifetime for our 20yr wedding anniversary and we are soooooo excited 😊

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience overall.

I was booking a family trip and throughout the process multiple dates across two separate weeks were discussed. Towards the end of the conversation, the latest dates being discussed were for 6th April, which led me to believe these were the intended travel dates. However, the booking was ultimately processed for 13th April instead.

To be fair, I do accept some responsibility myself for not carefully checking the confirmation documents once they were issued, as the date was stated there albeit in very small print near the bottom of the page. However, given the amount of back and forth and the changing dates being discussed, I do feel there should have been a clearer final confirmation of the exact travel dates before the booking was secured.

The impact of the error was significant. My family and I made the journey only to discover the issue, resulting in wasted fuel costs, considerable stress and inconvenience, and work commitments that then had to be rearranged again at short notice.

A £20 reduction was offered during the booking process, which was appreciated, but understandably this did not come close to covering the additional costs and disruption ultimately caused.

Communication during and afterwards also added to the frustration, as it took some time to receive replies during initial enquiries and then a response regarding the issue.

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I appreciate that mistakes can happen on both sides, but overall this experience has unfortunately left me with very little confidence in using this service again in the future.

Kirsty was amazing from start to finish.
We were very indecisive of when to go and which cruise. She did us so many different prices for us and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance changing our minds.
We’ve booked with Kirsty before and will continue to book more holidays with her in the future.

Kirsty Young is outstanding at the job she does - it came to kirsty found thriugh Facebook with a couple of holidays I'm intrested in and within the day she had the most amazing package put together for me and my family's dream holiday . For less then I can find anywhere else also .
Everything explain in detail and advice given if needed or wanted. No pressure just a fantastic service , I am already looking at my next holiday i can book through kirsty and will not be going anywhere else now !

Kirsty was very helpful, we gave her an itinerary of what we wanted and she found our perfect holiday in our budget. X

She was very quick to gather all my details and off she went, I received a message maybe an hour later with multiple options that were all in my budget. Kirsty is absolutely amazing and made booking our holiday so much easier. She goes above and beyond to cater to your needs and doesn’t get fed up of the time of hers you take up….& I took up a lot of her time going back and forth deciding where to go etc So happy we booked with her.
