Hays at Kirkham in Lancashire are always super-helpful and you always feel that you are getting a great deal from them. Very friendly too!

The Store manageress Katie is so knowledgeable about her job. We have booked many a holiday with her & it's always been a first class service, I wouldn't book anywhere else.

Kate at Hays Travel in Kirkham was very helpful and informarive when booking a holiday to Malta. The booking service and communication via emails was quick and straightforward.

The entire experience was made enjoyable, easy and exciting and it was all because of Kate (Store Manager).

Kate is exceptional! Incredibly friendly, offers brilliant advice and makes sensible and thoughtful suggestions. She clearly knows her stuff too and is well travelled.

The level of detail and information that she provides in my opinion is above and beyond. So much so that we left feeling like there wasn’t a single question that we could think of that we’d potentially missed.

If you’re looking for a seamless, bespoke and personalised holiday booking, with the excitement of booking then you need to go and see Kate. We certainly will not book anywhere else or want to deal with anyone else. Kate will be getting all of our future business.

She is an absolute asset and credit to your company and one to be looked after!
