Excellent customer service from Hays…
Excellent customer service from Hays Kings Lynn - specifically Tamzin & Zoe. We called in (on a day out from Cambridge one day!) and spoke to Tamzin. That began some email dialog abut various holidays and after exploring various options we booked a River Cruise! Tamzin (and Zoe when Tamzin was on leave) were superb. Nothing was too much trouble. We explored various travel options and transfers and no matter what questions we asked they were all answered comprehensively and promptly. When they said they would do something, they did it. Our first holiday booking via Hays and so far it's been a refreshing experience - and we're certain that when our holiday is due that exemplary level of service will continue. Marks out of 10? A definite 11 !

Helen went above and beyond to help us find the perfect holiday. She stayed past the opening hours of the shop and at no point did she rush the process. We are more than happy with what she found for us and the price we paid. Excellent customer service received. Would highly recommend. Thanks!
