Every time I go into Hays Travel I get a warm welcome. Whatever holiday I'm interested in they are very helpful, if the don't know about something they will find out immediately for you.
Would recommend that you visit this shop instead of going online, it's much better.

Helpful and easy to book

Hazel and all staff are very welcoming and friendly. Hazel helped me and my friend choose our holiday to Rhodes. She sent an email suggesting various hotels and helped us to book the one we have chosen. Looking forward to our holiday next year. I know that if I need to ask about our holiday they will be there to help. A special thank you to Hazel.

On a cool and miserable September day we entered into a cosy store and were welcomed by Janice. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to find our holiday. She was very knowledgeable and helped with everything including help with my mobility issues. This is our second holiday with Hays and can't fault anything, keep up the good work!
