I have booked my holidays with Joanne Neill for the past few years and she has provided an exceptional service from start to finish of every holiday we book… she is the best and all my friends and family go through Joanne. Her reputation is that she gives you all the support and advice you need throughout and you have the holiday you wanted and more.. we would t book with anyone else!

Joanne was amazing at finding us the perfect holiday at the best price. She organised everything which was not an easy task for us as a family, having 3 children with SEN. She really was outstanding and would recommend her to anyone.

My local Hays travel consultant Joanne Neill is amazing. Nothings too much trouble I have been on approx 5 holidays upto now booked by her. All were fantastic. I have booked two more trips with her this year as well as one I booked last year for this October. Great prices 5 star treatment.
