Jo is amazing having booked several holidays with her. She’s attentive throughout the booking, checking in etc and even after your holiday. I come back to her every year and will continue to do so. Highly recommend both Jo and Hayes Travel.

The person I speak to and arrange hoildays . Is my favorite holiday guru. she makes everything so easy. and explains all parts of the hoilday I wish to book. which is so helpful as I am visually impaired.and cannot book anything online
