Jo made the whole experience easy. She asked us the right questions so she could present a tailor made package to meet our needs. She is friendly, very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and shared her own travel/holiday experiences.
She provided an excellent customer experience and would have no hesitation in recommending her services. We’re looking forward to our cruise.

We have booked half a dozen times with Joanne. Each time has been effortless with Jo making it a seamless process. As we have booked before Jo has all our details on file. All we have to do is give dates and destinations, and Jo handles the rest. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Joanne was fantastic such a great help from start to finish! After a week of stress at home trying to find something Joanne found something for us and we had it booked within 8 hours! Great service ☺️ I know who to go to with my next request!

Joanne was brilliant from start to booking, this holiday although small to most was huge to me and my family, she understood the assignment, was patient and understanding with my many questions and really took the time to find me the perfect holiday within my budget.

Joanne has been amazing with us whilst booking a trip to Goa which was quite short notice. We wanted to go for the carnival and all information was found for us. We were not the easiest people to do a booking for needing to make changes to times, dates and accommodation but we found something we were happy with, there was a delay in us booking but now it’s all done and we are looking forward to our trip. Joanne was very patient with us throughout and kept us informed of everything. We will be getting in contact for our next trip and the service was seamless and professional. Many thanks
