She will look into any queries for you and give you knowledgeable advice on your destination. Very easy to deal with and Rachel and Jo to time to find me the best deal possible. It’s also great that as soon as they send you a price they allow you to take time to consider prior to booking, but are also available if you have any questions. Easy booking process, can’t fault at all. Thank you

Just booked a weekend away to Rome with Jo. She was friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend booking with Hays and especially Jo. We can not wait to explore Rome next year.
