Amazing service from Jo-Anne for our last minute holiday - highly recommended!!

We’ve been booking through Hays Travel now for the last few years and we always use them. Jo Anne books everything for us every year and is the only person who just knows exactly what we like and will make sure everything is just perfect down to a tee, as I’ve said before nothing is ever too much trouble. Every year she helps us plan the best holiday and makes sure we have what we need. I always think of going a certain area but Jo Anne suggests somewhere and it’s always the best. She is one of the nicest people who I’ve spoke to on the phone and yet never met but it’s like she knows us. Would highly recommended booking through Jo Anne. Thanks once again Emma and family, Jo Anne is one huge credit to making this company what it is and makes you want to book through them again without a doubt!!

Jo makes booking a holiday so easy, she listens to what you’re looking for and finds the best match and if you’re not sure what you’re looking for she has plenty of recommendations. Everything was sorted so quickly and the monthly payment plan is a great way to pay for your holiday.

I can't remember exactly how many holidays we've booked since finding Jo, but its several now.

Jo is fantastic, professional, friendly, helpful, informative, you name it, Jo is it.

Everything is made easier by Jo, thats the added value of using Jo's services. We tend to find our specific holiday ourselves, doing the research, etc. however, we then contact Jo and let her take over the rest of the booking activity, a win win situation for both of us.

We have recommended Jo to our friends and family based on our experience, and I recommend her to everyone else.
