Very friendly helpful girl.
Went out of her way to get the holiday I wanted.

I went in to my local branch (jarrow) and was greeted with a lovely smile and welcome. I did make it a little challenging to find and fit a budget. But, a big thanks to Aliyah for being very patient with me and getting me a dream holiday, just where I wanted to be, and affordable. Thank you.

The whole team were extremely helpful, especially Lesley! As always!

I went in store hoping for a miracle and thats exactly what i got, a holiday at short notice in a beautiful destination on a tight buget! Service with a smile too!

The service from staff is 5 stars but unfortunately I've only given 3 stars because I can't download the hays app which is not there fault.

Michelle at Jarrow took the anxiety out of our holiday booking. Very professional & put us at ease as we were anxious that there would be no availability for a wedding venue we are to attend in Lindos next year. Booking was quick & she explained the steps, any extras, timelines & the process from here on in. Michelle assured us if there was anything we were unsure of to pop in & she'll sort it, taking away any stresses from us. It's really reassuring that there are people out there that recognise not everyone is an expert at the 'techy stuff' & willing to go the extra mile for you......I had attended the shop earlier that day to ask a general question about the passport process & another member of staff (didn't catch her name) kindly explained the process for my understanding so thank you. Special thanks to Michelle for taking the worry away & making the rest of my day stress free. Would definitely recommend....Thank you
