We have booked quite a few holidays with Jamie and the experience is always seamless. We found a holiday to Lanzarote we thought we wanted but the flight times were shocking. Jamie convinced us to try somewhere completely new that had flight times that suited us better. She knows we love the Iberostar chain so found us an All Inclusive package that suited us in Montenegro.
The hotel was brand new and only opened about 2/3 weeks before we arrived. There were a few minor issues at the hotel with cold food, staff not knowing how to serve properly but all that was due to the hotel being brand new and did not take away anything from our holiday. We had a fantastic time and will definitely go back again. I’m so glad Jamie suggested a change as it’s somewhere we never would have thought about visiting!

Jamie found us an even better holiday than the one that was cancelled and so we knew we had found a diamond! She's helped us out with assistance needs for disabled family travelling with us also and nothing is ever too much for her. She anticipates our needs. We love her to bits even though weve never met!
