James was great helping the book both my holidays…one of which being a surprise Christmas present for my mum. He was very knowledgeable about the locations and excursions and made me feel confident in booking.

The whole experience from booking to taking off on the plane was an absolute dream, no question was too much for James to help with, very responsive and knew the holiday we had booked inside and out. The holiday itself was amazing - we even got a free upgrade when we got to the hotel - a testament to James’s service and the buying power of using a brand like Hays. Couldn’t recommend him any higher. Get booking!

I was a little hesident to book via a remote agent. But my requests were handled in a quick and professuonal way. And questions answered honestly. Once we spoke, any reservations were put at ease. Very quick and secure booking portal with confirmations taking minutes. Historic Egypt here we come.

Absolutely fantastic customer service everything booked with no issues

This is my first time booking with Hays/a personal travel consultant and James has been fantastic. Really friendly and easy to talk to, he listened to what we wanted/didn’t want and quickly came back with a couple of holiday options. We wanted to swop a couple of the hotels to blend the options which was no bother to James so in the end built the perfect package for us, with all the transfers included. This made booking so much easier and I’m really excited for our trip to Bali!!
