Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff
I recently booked flights and had a great experience from start to finish. Elana was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as she compared my flight options and prices. Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was explained clearly.

Maya could not have done anymore to help me find my holiday it took a fair bit of ground work to get a holiday with all my requests. Lovely friendly manor pleasant & knowledgeable about where I was asking. Anyway holiday booked & looking forward to booking with Hay’s travel again in the future. Definitely recommend.
