From when we sat down to when we got up Vanessa was very professional and courteous explained everything in detail and in my opinion went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy with what we were doing left the shop extremely satisfied thank you

My experience could not have been better. Charlotte listened to what we wanted and tweaked the package so we are going exactly where we want to go and do exactly what we want to do. She has got the patience of a saint. We will definitely book through her with Hays Travel again.

Cheryl couldn't have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble

Staff were great, only problem when we booked the agent gave us the wrong hotel, she realised the mistake and rectified it, but also charged us £200 for the price difference, which we probably would not have booked with it being a more expensive hotel so not happy about that.

Vanessa at Ilkeston branch was very helpful. She got the holiday we were looking for. Hopefully she will be there for us if we need her.

I have one word for DAWN she has been exceptional!!!! I must have asked her 100 questions and nothing was too much trouble.
When i rang, i didnt even know what i wanted myself so im not sure how i thought anyone else could help me lol. Dawn took it all in her stride being very professional and gave me LOTS of advice. Dawn even went above and beyond telling me about her own experiences so that was REALLY helpful. I cant thank dawn enough, im very very grateful for ALL her help as i must have been a nightmare customer not having a clue what i wanted. I am now really looking forward to my 60th birthday cruise and its all thanks to your very experienced and friendly member of staff DAWN. She is a credit to your team, keep up the good work, you deserve a medal for finding me a very special holiday!!!! X
