Hays Travel - Hythe Recensioni 

We dropped in to Hays late in the afternoon for suggestions to link a short stay in Budapest with a longer self guided trip. The information was gathered for us over the next couple of days with one or two adjustments. Abi kept us informed at all stages, excellent service.

Went in and Abi was very helpful and informative

We gave our criteria and had a holiday booked within 40 minutes. Just what we wanted.
Chloe was very helpful and explained everything. Would definitely go to Hays to book further holidays.

I always enjoy going into the shop the girls are so helpful, doesn’t matter what question I have to ask them all of the staff down in your Hythe office are great

Booking our cruise was very easy

Lady in store was helpful, however my husband was disappointed that he was not offered a price match with the same holiday that my wife found on line on the Tui website the same day, especially as we had received an email the week prior from Hayes offering discounts if we booked over the Bank Holiday period. Overall happy with regards to the booking the holiday.

Amy was so knowledgeable! She priced up so many cruises and even introduced us to new cruise lines. Nothing was to much trouble. We haven’t booked a holiday in a travel agent for years but that has changed. Would certainly recommend Hayes Travel, Amy and her team!
