Naiomi was fantastic! She picked up a holiday that I thought I couldn’t book it at this moment and she made it happen EASILY!

The process was smooth and she made me feel safe and comfortable!

Naiomi Listened to what I wanted then made sure my requirements were met with out any hassle. She made this booking seem so easy unlike my last booking (with another branch) I will be booking my other holidays with Naiomi. she is a credit to the Company.

Used this company twice.
I had to cancel my holiday which I had just taken out. It was a no deposit. They tried charging me over £300 which I had to dig my heals in and say no!
I believe other people could have fallen for this little stunt of theirs. This is why they get a 1 star.
Personally I will never use this company again !

We came into the stores with an open mind on finding a honeymoon destination not really knowing where to go, the young lady who dealt with us was amazing and very helpful, we left after booking with you, can’t thank you enough for all your help

Staff are always great and do what we ask of them never had a bad word towards all the staff at holderness road Morriston store they go the extra mile to please us

On entering the branch i was greeted by friendly staff who were very happy to help. Lots of help and advice regarding my holiday and they were very knowledgable regarding the hotels and area.

Was called to remind me they were taking bookings for the 2028 l had shown interest in. Millie went through the itinerary with me again which was good but l reminded her l still had a copy at home.
