Sophie was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. She listened to our requirements and did her best to fulfil them, offering alternative options when appropriate. It was great to be able to go into a physical branch and discuss our holiday needs in person. The whole experience was very positive and we are looking forward to our holiday. Thank you

Polly was extremely helpful and found us a lovely holiday for 3 adults which was difficult,plus we wanted to go in 3 weeks but she did it. Excellent. She is at the Hove branch

Some confusion is as to who was dealing with our booking due to Hove branch being closed for refit

We always try and book our holidays in George Street in Hove. You have an advisor there her name is Anne-Marie.
She is just array of sunshine and nothing is ever too much trouble fantastic experience. It’s nice to see. They’re still our places that you can get a proper service. Thank you, Anne-Marie.

From the moment we entered the shop we were made to fell welcomed .Joanna who delt with us took her time explaining our options so we could decide what was best for us. We were there for nearly four hours over two visits.

Annmarie was unbelievable, we had been recommended by a few different people to visit Hayes, and they were spot on. Annmarie was so attentive and listened to what we wanted and required for our cruise, and then found us exactly what we wanted as our first cruise. We are so excited. Nothing was too much trouble. Answered all our questions we had. Accommodated all our requests. But also has said she is at the end of the phone for any queries. She also explained everything from the cruise itself to visa and currencies we will need for each country. Couldn't thank her enough.

Service from Charlotte was great unfortunately the systems were not upto scratch. Whilst I have the confirmation I await booking details and receipt for deposit paid.
