Jo, Polly and the team were extremely helpful in booking our two cruises whilst in the shop and our friends who were booking at the same time on the phone, despite time constraints.

Sophie was very helpful and sorted out our holiday quickly. All staff in the branch in George Street Hove were very friendly 😀 we will definitely use them in the future.

Massive thanks to Hays Travel in Hove. Joanne and Polly are absolutely fantastic and they helped us through every step of our holiday booking. Joanne secured us an amazing deal that would have been out of our budget if we had booked it online. Every possible detail was double checked and explained to us in a lovely friendly manner. Since booking we have been recommending Hays in Hove to all our friends and we will definitely be using them again for our next adventure.

I always go to Hays, George Street, Hove to make my holiday bookings. They are so friendly, helpful, informative, everything is overseen by them - you just go and enjoy your holiday.

Excellent service from Annmarie. I had asked her for availability for a certain cruise, and cabins, which she provided in a couple of hours.
Over the weekend, we decided what cabin we wanted, and sent Annmarie an email so she had the information on start of business the Tuesday after the Bank holiday. I went into the shop just after opening, and Annmarie had everything up on the computer. Our cabin was available, so I booked it, and everything was completed within 20 minutes, and done with big smiles 😊.
I have used Hayes Travel since they took over Thomas Cook, along with their staff, and Annmarie was one of them. We are greeted as friends, and it's always nice to do business with them.

The Hays representative, Joanne, quickly understood exactly what sort of holiday we wanted and where we wanted to go. She was able to provide all of the options available to us and ensure we got the best deal possible. Joanne and her colleague also gave us some useful advice on the resorts we were looking at so that we could make a better decision on where we wanted to go.

The booking process was completed quickly and we were able to amend our flight details to better suit our needs.

We have used Hays several times previously to book our holidays as we find the team there helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Booking our holiday with them now adds to our overall holiday experience.
