about the booking and did not exert any pressure to make me book.

Excellent and efficient service from Katie. She was very helpful even checking distance on map from potential hotels to where I wanted to be.

We have used the Houghton branch for a couple of years now and can’t fault the service we receive from Chloe. She remembers the way we like our way of travelling and always polite, a little diamond in our eyes.

So Katie in the morning & Libby in the afternoon were extremely professional & time efficient. Very well done ladies indeed.

The staff were amazing they looked at all the options before I committed to the hotel and experience we wanted. The place was pristine and nothing out of place. The staff were very friendly from start to finish when I left the place. Well done you should be proud of themselves.

Every time we go to get a holiday the girls always help us to get the best deal

As always the service we get goes above and beyond if we have any doubts they get sorted asap I often pop in with an enquiry and they say don’t worry we’ll do our best to make sure whatever it is will be sorted and it always is I love all the staff in Houghton le spring branch new manageress Jill is really lovely as is Karen katy any the others but I must give a shout out about Chloe she is such a lovely girl she never gets fed up with us she makes everything run smoothly she knows where we like our cabin on cruises she knows we like extra leg room she know our prefered dining times in fact we usually just go in and give her a date preferred destination and length of stay and she will ring me with what’s available she’s brilliant I love them all such a lovely bunch of girls
