Great service, friendly & knowledgeable staff
I was really impressed with my experience of booking a holiday with Hays travel, Horwich. Mollie and her colleague suggested the best area for what I wanted from the holiday and were really helpful and informative about hotels and travel whilst there. I was pleased with the price and it reduced the time looking through lots of alternatives. They are friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

Late holiday.
The young lady Emma was very good. We have used the HORWICH branch before so our names came up on the computer. We wanted a specific hotel in our destination, she looked at travelling from Manchester and Liverpool. We are going from Liverpool, first time because it had better flight times.

Hays at Horwich always so helpful!
Molly at the Horwich Branch was extremely professional and helpful in booking our holiday to Tenerife. Made sure I was happy with everything and the hotel and location were just what we wanted.

Booking our holiday was a really good experience our travel agent was so helpful and spent a great deal of time just to find exactly what we would like. It’s always a great experience in our local travel agency the staff are so friendly, helpful and have a lot of patience and experience to offer.
