I had Samantha to help me and she was excellent. She asked carefully what I wanted and after 2 or 3 adjustments ( I asked for) delivered exactly what I needed.

The customer service was amazing from 1st contact to the end. The advisor was extremely helpful and made the booking process simple. Even helping us source transfers and eventually arranging a car when we decided that was preferable to transfers. Nothing was too much trouble.

Helpful friendly assistance. I knew where I wanted to go and which hotel but wanted a split booking which I needed linking together. This was done competently and I didn’t feel pressured at any point in our transaction.

This is the third holiday I've booked/been on through Hays Horsforth and I'm always impressed with how helpful they are and how straightforward the booking process is. The person I'm travelling with has additional mobility needs and Hays were really good about sorting assisted travel at the airports, as well as being helpful about booking our requested type of room etc. I also appreciate the fact you can spread the cost into monthly payments. It all makes booking a holiday much easier and more streamlined without having to sift through hundreds of listings online or build your own holiday with all the different components. Thanks so much!
