Samatha in honiton needs a pay rise !!!
She’s an absolute first class employee .
My husband unfortunately has stage 4 cancer and we decided to have a holiday together without the children . We booked the holiday on line . I was struggling to get travel insurance .
I popped into the honiton branch for advice .
My husbands cancer has spread so time is sadly not on our side .
Sam sorted out insurance and a Hire car for us
We aim to go away again I may 2027 and we will just let Sam deal with everything, booking the holiday through hayes travel .
I can’t thank her enough

A short call to the Honiton branch, today Christie was our contact,a brief discussion about our choices, soon had the computer keyboard working for us.
Options passed back and forth, until every box was ticked.
As always with this store, faultless and efficient, we go nowhere else as “nobody does it better”
The best recommendation we can give is, we will be back soon.

Hays travel Honiton are very reliable,friendly and efficient. They do their very best to find the holiday you would like. They guide you through every step leading up to your holiday. When you return They are eager to know if all was well. I would use Hays 100% every confidence in everything they do.

The staff at the Honiton branch especially Mair were well informed and helpful. After many suggestions, Found us the holiday that suits us.nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly use them again.

Service fine but having booked an onward coach trip to Exeter I was disappointed to discover that National Express no longer go straight from the airport!
I travelled with a falcon coach instead....the driver of which said they had an agreement with National Express and now carry their passengers.... might be an idea to check if this is true!

Samantha was outstanding in her knowledge of cruises generally. My wife and I felt that she had our best interest at heart. We would never book with anyone other than Hayes, because of their great professionalism.

The staff were very helpful as soon as I got in the shop helpful, asking all the right questions and also reminding me about car parking at airport

We went into store and spoke with Imogen.She was very professional but friendly at the same time.She even remembered our name from previous visits, this made hercabove and beyond as far as we are concerned. She was very informative about the cruise that we were interested in.We did book for 4 people so all round excellent.
