Early booking for a 2026 cruise was dealt with for a disabled cabin very successfully thanks to Jess and Emily at the Highcliffe branch. Using this branch and their dedication we have never failed yet to obtain the booking that we wanted. Well done to all

Staff are so friendly and helpful. They remembered us from last year’s booking for our daughter’s wedding, and asked to see the photos. They found us a great holiday and attended to every detail efficiently

I can't praise Hays Travel at…
I can't praise Hays Travel at Highcliffe enough. All the staff are helpful and friendly but Jess has been absolutely wo derful arranging flights to Spain and Australia and a cruise too! I wasn't sure on what dates to fly, Jess was able to give me a few options with various airlines and prices. Thank you for sorting it, I can relax and look forward to my travels.
