Very friendly environment, lovely service.
Amelia was very patient with us with as we went through all options of holidays and hotels. Feel confident so far with our choice.

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff are second to none. Poppy helped us with queries we had on a holiday we had already booked, printed boarding passes etc and provided useful information. She then booked another holiday for us at a very competitive price and explained fully all the details we needed to know. First class service from Hays yet again.

I did initially go in to enquire about a holiday, Judith was very helpful. And the place I wanted was available, so I decided to book it there and then and put a deposit down. Also I had stay at the hostel before and I had loved my stay there.
