Helen was so helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. I was unsure where would be best to stay in Rome, Helen is very knowledgeable of the area and advised which area would be the best to stay to get the most out of our break. The best experience of booking a holiday and will definitely be going to Helen again thankyou!

Good, prompt and efficient service.

We looked to book a special wedding anniversary cruise with Helen today and although the cabin type we hoped to book were selling out really quickly Helen managed to secure one for us. Helen is obviously knowledgeable about cruising and appeared to be particularly knowledgeable about Celebrity Cruises, and her knowledge and patience paid off for us. Helen took care of everything including additional packages and any further discounts that we qualified for.

We were recommended Helen by a friend and found Helen to be passionate about understanding what sort of holiday we wanted and knowledgeable about every aspect of our trip from airport hotel and parking to suggesting trips we might also like to book while we are away.

Helen was happy to meet up with us on whatever day suited, to discuss cruises. She had lots of knowledge to share as we've never cruised before. I can't fault her communication and promptness to find us the cruise that suited us and always happy to help with anything at all.
We'll definitely be using Helen again in the future.
