I was a pain in the bum asking for diff holidays in diss places/times and yet Heidi replied swiftly with every request I made. I then ended up getting a last minute holiday as passports turned up which I wasn’t expecting and Heidi literally searched high and low for me and went above and beyond from start to finish. Even checked in half way through our trip. Can’t thank her enough as I had never booked a holiday myself before and had no clue where to start!

Lovely lady who made booking really easy. I gave her all the details of what I was after and she came up with 4 options to pick from.
I have known her via another agency for over 10 years and ive always felt very looked after from our very first holiday hence why we always go back.
Being a single parent taking little ones abroad on my own was a huge mile stone and ive never looked back.
I know we are going to have a fantastic time booing through Heidi as we have done every year so far.

Heidi has been incredible organising our holiday with very particular criteria due to have 3 children with SEN. She thought of everything and organised assistance that we didn’t know we were entitled to. We would not have had as good experience if we didn’t use Heidi to organise the holiday. Thank you!
