Nicola was so helpful. We just walked in and wanted to go to Florence 4 days later , needing a central hotel . The hotel was stunning and less that 8 minutes from all the major sights and museums. She went the extra mile checking us in and arranging seats.
We had such a wonderful time !

The first holiday Stephanie found was an instant hit. The hotel is fabulous and a very short distance from the airport.
