Very good service and very straightforward to understand - have often used and would use heather walker at hays travel again as guaranteed she will make your holiday special and cater for your needs

I always come to Heather to when I am thinking of going on holiday, be it a weekend break in England or a trip abroad. She always seeks out excellent deals and her customer service is second to none. I feel like I have my own private travel agent. She is just fabulous ❤️
